This is movement that starts with you. Private sessions at el Estudio are guided one-to-one experiences — built around your body, your history, and your goals.
Whether you're post or prenatal, returning from injury, or simply want deeper attention, these sessions give you space to slow down, tune in, and move forward with confidence.
Led by expert instructors trained in biomechanics and contemporary Pilates, every session is designed to teach — not just train.
Our philosophy
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all movement. Our private sessions follow the same method as our group classes — blending anatomy, applied neurology, and contemporary Pilates but with 100% of the attention on you.
You'll work on Reformers, Towers, Cadillacs, Chairs and props selected for your needs — and be guided with clarity, precision and care. It's intelligent movement, fully tailored.

When I first started I had zero flexibility, a non-existent core and terrible posture.
